6 Stage Process of Complete Water Tank Cleaning



The 6 stage cleaning process has been developed through research and development to arrive at a full proof process that involves through state-of-the-art imported equipment and proprietary antibacterial agents that are safe, effective and eco-friendly.

Stage 1 - Mechanized Dewatering
Manhole and surroundings are cleaned off dirt, mud and algae.

Stage 2 - Sludge Removal
A sludge pump is used to dispose off the dirty water & sludge.


Stage 3 - High Pressure Cleaning
Walls & ceilings of the tanks are cleaned using special high pressure jet.

Stage 4 - Vacuum Cleaning
A vacuum pump is used to remove sludge after cleaning the tank
The floor of the tank is cleaned using a high pressure washer and a wet vacuum cleaner.

Stage 5 - Anti-bacterial Spray
The walls, ceilings and floor of the tanks are sprayed with a specially developed Anti-bacterial agent and made sterile.

Stage 6 - UV Radiation
The tank is treated with an ultra violet germicide lamp to kill the remaining floating or suspended bacteria, pathogens, virus, moulds and algae.
